Alarm rings at 6am! Mentally reviewed my plans for the day. I
was expecting a text message which was supposed to initiate a set of actions,
like a chain reaction; a precursor to a pathway. I kept looking at my phone,
even took it with me to the bathroom, eagerly waiting for the beep that
indicates a text. Every time it beeped, I’d grab the phone only to see it
wasn’t the message I was expecting.

I made a few calls, switched on my laptop and to my dismay my
Internet connection was down!
For me, business as usual is so not appropriate. Everyday is
unique and has its different challenges, deadlines and responsibilities. Today was a good day.
