OZIL CLOSE TO ARSENAL MOVE

Mesut Ozil completes his medical ahead of his move to Arsenal from Spanish giants Real Madrid.

Ozil who is in Germany with the national team had his medical in a German hospital. The deal is reportedly in the range of 40 million Pounds, a club record and a wage bill of 150,000 Pounds. Theo Walcott is the highest paid with a wage of 105,000 Pounds.

BALE MOVES TO MADRID

Andre Villas-Boas confirms that Gareth Bale is heading to Real Madrid. The Spanish giants have been linked to the Welsh winger for weeks but the deal was just confirmed by the Spurs manager after the defeat to North London rivals Arsenal.

Bale will be joining Madrid in a record-breaking deal, even more than Christiano Ronaldo's from Manchester United.
