Winter Rendezvous

Well this is an attempt at getting in touch with the Shakespear in me. Be gentle, I hope you enjoy it.

Waves racing for the shore crash against the cliffs,
The moon floats in the distance, above the hills and the grapevines
Cherry blossoms, Orchids and Blue ivy, Pine, Firs and Almonds
A bed of green with patches of white
Snowflakes glisten in the moonlight like a sea of diamonds.

In the boulevard, dim lights glow like fireflies, still whispers echo down the alley
She walks briskly, crossing the road unto the curb
A silhouette, a lone figure standing at the end of the street
A neon sign flickers to life, her face lights up as she catches sight of him
The light thud of her heart quickens in excitement, her cheeks turn crimson
With the wind in her hair, a smile on her face, hand in hand they walk into the sunset.
